South Australia (SA)

Adelaide, South Australia, Australia
Adelaide, South Australia, Australia

South Australia is the fourth-largest Australian state and shares borders with all of the other mainland states in addition to the Northern Territory. South Australia is unique among other Australian states as it was originally planned as a free province and not a penal colony. Most of South Australia's population is settled in and around Adelaide, on the eastern coast of the St. Vincent Gulf.
